The POS system is the application that runs at your cinema counter. It is used by your staff and manager โ not the owner. Staff use POS only. Manager uses both POS and Dashboard. The owner has the Dashboard only.
When a customer orders from their seat via QR code โ the order appears on the POS screen at the counter with a print receipt and alarm beep. When a customer walks up to the counter directly โ staff can also create the order manually on the POS and generate a bill instantly.
